Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Avinash Singh, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”), who runs ArrahCloud (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ArrahCloud builds code from your GitHub repositories or public container images, runs it on our servers, and provides related features such as databases, file storage, backups, logs and an API, command-line tool and agent integration (MCP).

The Service is a preview. It runs on a single server, is provided free of charge, and comes with no guarantee of availability, performance or support. Features, limits and these terms may change while it is a preview.

2. Who may use it

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Access is by invitation. You sign in with a GitHub account; we may refuse or withdraw access at our discretion, including for GitHub accounts newer than a minimum age.
  • If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

  • Keep your GitHub account and any API tokens you create secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account, its tokens and by people you add as members.
  • Tell us promptly at avinash217k@gmail.com if you believe your account or a token has been compromised.
  • You may give other people access to your account as members. You are responsible for what they do there.

4. Your content

“Your content” means the code, images, data, files, environment variables and anything else you or your applications put into the Service.

  • You keep all rights in your content. We claim no ownership of it.
  • You give us a limited permission to copy, store, build, run, back up and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you, and to comply with law.
  • You confirm you have the rights needed to use your content this way, and that it does not break the law or these terms.
  • You are responsible for your applications and for the people who use them, including any personal data your applications collect. You must have whatever notices and consents the law requires for that.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal or harmful, no cryptocurrency mining, no attacks on other systems, and no attempts to get around limits or reach other customers' data.

6. Limits and fair use

Each account has limits on memory, CPU, disk, build time, number of projects and similar resources, described in the documentation. When a limit is reached the Service may refuse an action, make a database read-only, or stop an application. We may change limits to keep the shared server healthy.

7. Backups and your data

We back up databases, Redis, file storage and permanent disks regularly, as described in the documentation. Backups reduce the risk of loss but do not remove it. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Fees

The Service is free during the preview and we do not ask for payment details. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance; nothing will be charged unless you agree to it.

9. Suspension and ending

  • We may stop an application, suspend an account or remove content, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, puts the Service or other people at risk, or if we are required to by law.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time. You can download your data and delete your account under Settings → Your data, or write to avinash217k@gmail.com.
  • We may end the preview or the Service. Where we can, we will give at least 14 days' notice on the site, and by email where we have your address, so you can take your data out.
  • After an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Other services

The Service relies on and connects to other companies' services, such as GitHub for sign-in and repositories, and any notification channel or container registry you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

11. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind — including that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that data will not be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim — which, while the Service is free, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility to us

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from claims by others about your content, your applications or your breach of these terms or the law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will give notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter.

16. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
