Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

ArrahCloud runs many people's applications on shared servers. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to you, your account's members, your applications and anything they do.

1. Not allowed

You may not use the Service, or let your application be used, to:

  • break any law, or help someone else do so;
  • mine cryptocurrency, or run any workload whose main purpose is to use up computing power;
  • host or spread malware, phishing pages, spam, or content that sexually exploits children;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate people or organisations;
  • attack, scan, probe or overload other systems, including denial-of-service attacks, or send unsolicited bulk traffic;
  • run open proxies, VPN exit points or anonymous relays for other people;
  • collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

2. Respect the platform

  • Do not try to reach other customers' applications, data or accounts, or the server itself, beyond what the Service gives you.
  • Do not try to get around limits, sandboxing or security controls — for example with several accounts to get more resources.
  • Do not test the Service's security without our written permission.
  • Do not resell or give others access to the Service as if it were your own hosting service.

3. What we do about it

If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may stop applications, remove content, or suspend or close the account — where possible after warning you, and immediately when there is a risk to the Service, other customers or anyone else. The Service also enforces some of this by itself: an application that uses its full CPU allowance for a long time is reported and then stopped, and resources are capped per account (see Sizes and limits).

4. Reporting abuse

To report an application on ArrahCloud that breaks this policy, or a security problem, write to avinash217k@gmail.com with the address involved and what you saw. Please do not test a security problem against other people's applications.
